Our Commitment

We want you to be satisfied with Instanswer. If something isn't working as expected, contact us first and we'll do our best to fix it.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment. This applies to first-time purchases only.

To request a refund, email hello@instanswer.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email. We process refunds within 5 business days.

Renewals

Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel, do so before your next billing date to avoid being charged. You can cancel any time from your account settings — your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Annual Plans

Annual plans are eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 14 days. After 14 days, no refunds are issued on annual plans. You may downgrade to a free plan at any time.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Your account was suspended for Terms of Service violations
  • More than 14 days have passed since the initial payment
  • The request is for a renewal charge (not the initial subscription)

Free Plan

The free plan has no charges and therefore no refund eligibility.
